      三星半。的确简明。关于新疆的发展建设，有不少语言还是政府报告式的。诸如“大力发展”、“努力推进”这样的字眼并不少。但是介绍问题的部分还不错。涨知识。

      本书分为两个部分，第一部分讲新疆，第二部分讲西藏。
      新疆的部分写得和政府报告一样，很无聊，而且官话太多。西藏的段落相较而言梳理得很详细。但我不知道是不是我本身对西藏有所了解才有这种感觉。

      有一些编校错误，但总的来说，这本书写得还不错，瑕不掩瑜，可以了解涉藏问题的由来，只可惜本书内容截至2014年，现在已经10年了，很多信息都没有更新。
