      书中提到的问题都存在 但是没有什么好的解决方案 书中一直鼓吹clinical trial试验做的多么rigorous 学术界的研究多么应该模仿 也不想想一次clinical trial要花多少钱？所有东西都是trade-off. 不幸的是这个世界往往是思维越简单越极端的口号喊的最响 最受人关注.
